Every city presents a unique challenge as you have to overcome the natural hazards already there and still carry out the demands of the Godfather. To wrest control of a city from the grasp of other families you must fight a block-by-block turf war against them and the authorities. Using your gang of Workers, Gangsters, Undesirables, Thugs, and Fixers you start by constructing a power base in a city which you ultimately hope to expand into an empire by controlling all the blocks in the city. This is not something you can do quickly; it takes time, planning, Resourcefulness and a willingness to be completely ruthless.
